8/12/07: My apologies to everyone for the delay in the 20-year reunion photographs. We were originally supposed to have a link to the photographer's website where you could order directly. However, the photographer's site is not yet finished. So, we are attempting to upload them to this site, with much difficulty. Please be patient - as I'm trying to work through these issues. Most of the photos are uploaded, and you will need to order copies directly through Dave Ruegg, the photographer. The portraits are the remaining pictures and I'm working with the website admins to resolve the issue I'm having. Thank you for your patience.
7/24/07: We are still working on the professional photographs from the reunion. We hope to have them posted here within the next week or so.
Also, please complete your memory book submission and mail back, or complete on-line via the "Memory Book" page. We would really like to create a memory book but can't without entries!!!

6/23/07: Well, the reunion is over - and we had an excellent turnout with over 100 people in attendance at the banquet and well over 60 at the meet-n-greet ... A great time was held by all. Thank you all for making this 20-year event so wonderful!!!
This website will remain active indefinitely. The photographers pictures will be uploaded and available for order in the next few weeks. Please submit your Memory Book submission (via the Memory Book tab or via mail) no later than July 31st, 2007.

6/14/07: LAST CALL - Please order your tickets ASAP so you don't miss out on this exciting event! Come one, come all -- trust me, you'll be talking about this banquet for years to come - lots of fun and surprises along the way! Go to "Buy Tickets" and purchase your tickets on-line, or mail to Garfield Class of 1987 Reunion Committee, 3450 Dovershire Avenue NW, Massillon OH 44646.
Once payment is received, I will mail out tickets with confirmation. Any tickets ordered AFTER Friday, June 15th, will be held at the door. Also, we will have a master list of everyone who purchased tickets in case they get lost, forgotten at home, etc.

6/11/07: Well, it's less than 2 weeks before our big 20 year reunion. Please mail in your payment & rsvp, or order on-line via this website. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
Important Note: There will be no "at-the-door" ticket sales. We are required to provide counts a week ahead of time for the facility (to ensure adequate food and staff are allocated). Therefore, anyone showing up at the door without purchasing a ticket in advance will not be permitted into the facility.
5/16/07: The invitation mailers have gone out via the US Post Office. Therefore, you should be receiving your's any day now. The package includes details about our 2 events, rsvp form, return envelope, missing classmates list, and a memory book submission form.
4/23/07: We are unfortunately not going to be able to offer the Garfield School Tour or the Family Picnic on Sunday. Therefore these events are cancelled. The cost of the tour was well over $500 for a 3 hour event, and based off of rsvp's, it just was not an option. Additionally, the family picnic for Sunday is also cancelled as we have been unable to locate a venue (pavillion in case of bad weather).
Travelers information has been updated to include local hotels around the banquet facility. Unfortunately, none of them were willing to offer "blocks of rooms" or "special rates" unless we were paying to hold them (which of course, we cannot afford to do). Therefore, the hotel information is available for you to book your own accommodations.
A new section titled "Memory Book" has been added. We will be selling memory books AFTER our 20 year reunion weekend. Please submit your information via the Memory Book page (hard copies are also being mailed shortly).
The "Lost Classmates" section has been updated, listing those classmates that we do not have a valid mailing address for.
We have added a "In Memory Of" section for our classmates that are no longer with us, but forever in our memories. Please let us know if you are aware of anyone that should be added to this page.
The "Details of Event" section has been updated with the entire weekend of events - check it out and RSVP so we can plan accordingly!!!
BUY TICKETS section is functioning for our Saturday evening banquet. We are also mailing information for those of you who are not comfortable with website privacy (we assure you it is 100% secure; payments are through PayPal and we do not see any of the transaction information). Look for the mailer in APRIL.
Polls have been updated so we know what you all want for the 20th reunion ... if you don't tell us, we won't know.
